  1. This machine is used for the lasting operation of the upper’s forepart, and equipped with the short applicator for the toe and tracers in ball area. The rod cement of polyester or polyamide is designed for using, which ensures higher flexibility.
  2. Hydraulic and pneumatic machine operation.
  3. The cement path of the tracers can be set from the touch screen, and with the automatic grading function. In normal production, the machine will detect the size of the shoe and adjust the suitable cement path automatically.
  4. New Siemens PLC-control Type S7 is with the graphical indication by symbols.
  5. The setting of the parameters ( time and stroke ) is by numerical key in, with the password protected programs. It avoids the reading or changing by the non-authorized.
  6. Up to 99 different shoe models are programmable and memorable. It can reach the unlimited data storage with external memory card.
  7. Error diagnostic readable on touch screen.
  8. 9 fine adjustable and quick-exchangeable pincers are mounted on a wide adjustable pincer plate, whose adjustment in 4 positions.
  9. Pincer Slipping : In starting position, the pincers are over the wiper. This enables the uppers loading is easy, even with tight lasting margin.
  10. Pincer Pulling : Additional pincer pull can be fine adjusted as each pincer’s distance thus preventing that uppers made of different materials are only pulled on one side.
  11. The precise clamping pressure of the pincers can be reached by the program of the proportional valve.
  12. The function of the automatic left / right switchover will switch the tracers, heel support, pincer plate, wiper and auxiliary wiper to left / right automatically. It can be also manual adjusted.
  13. The last stopper is mounted between the first pincer and the last support, it helps the easy position of the last to avoid the damage of the last by the first pincer.
  14. New swiveling design of the toe pusher enables the full view of the working area in starting position.
  15. The precise holding pressure of the toe pusher can be reached by the program of the proportional valve.
  16. The stroke adjustment of the last support is controlled by the electric motor, and the detector for the positioning precisely.
