This machine works with the simultaneous actions of side cementing and heel tacking. The design of each mechanism and action system inside the machine meets the demand of the latest shoe making technology to produce a perfect lasting effect. This machine is fully automatic for high level shoes. It saves much labor cost and upgrades shoes quality, and it becomes an essential equipment for the upgradation of shoe industry.

1. WIPER-TACKING SEAT ( ELECTRICALLY ADJUSTABLE )
   The heel lasting wiper and taking seat are combine in the same body, act simultaneously and are electrically adjustable. There is no need to change different wipers no matter what size the shoes will be, and the position of tacking can be freely adjusted according to the length of uppers.
2. THE ASSEMBLY OF CEMENTING STROKE AND LIGHT PROJECTION CONTROL
   The structure of side lasting tips consists of 2 sets of tips on the right and left, which go outward and are respectively equipped with pressure & speed controlling systems. The cementing tips are controlled by ball bearings and can freely go up and down. They closely move along the edges of midsole and follow the curve of midsole. The stroke of cementing is controlled by the assembly of light projection, which helps operators to clearly find out and adjust the desired length of cementing. This is a very advanced design
3. THE MECHANISM OF SIDE LASTING PINCERS
   There are two sets of side lasting pincers in the front and rear for optional usage. The mainly helps the side parts of upper more attached to the last after lasting. The pulling force of pincers can be adjusted and set, and moreover operators can manually enhance the pulling force when it is not enough. The position of pincers can be freely adjusted.
4. The machine is so easy to operate and to maintain that operators can carry out all maintenance themselves.
5. The heel forming band is very flexible and automatically adjustable for different size of shoes
6. Special side PU pads work with heel wipers to produce the effect of side and heel lasting simultaneously, which saves time and fits different shapes and size of shoes.
7. The quantity of tacks at the heel area is adjustable from 8 to 22.
8. Working with a toe cement lasting machine, the automatic cementing equipment saves labors for manual and for heating cemented uppers, which accordingly saves working time. Besides, due to the heating action on the same machine, the firm cementing effect upgrades the quality of shoes.
