- Hydraulic system design suitable for outsole attaching of sports shoes, boots, casual shoes, and kinds of walled shoes. The perfect pressing of outsole, side, toe and heel forming can be accomplished simultaneously or separately.
- There is a prepared oil-tank to supplement oil when cylinder rising which makes the rising faster and saves the operation time to increase benefit.
- When the mechanism of front-rear pressing recedes, a special circuit device is adopted to control the receding stroke, and the proper receding distance is accordingly for locating different sizes of shoes.

- Automatic balancing rods and swing attaching mechanism
Pressure level adopts special design of bias swing, high-and-low adjustment and self-poise of oil linking, which makes shoes convenient in fetching, smooth on surface, free from damage and high in efficiency and good in quality. And it's convenient to put and take out of the last as well. (Patent No.77582)
- Side attaching mechanism
The side attaching adopts whole hydraulic control. There are 9 pcs of rubber foaming pressing objects to make a tight pressing according to the shape of shoes. Each foaming pressing object is controlled by an individual cylinder which pressure reaches to 250-300kgs. Two set of these foaming pressing objects each in the front and the rear for options to ensure the best performance of side attaching. (Patent No. 77582)
- This machine is available to press shoes with lasts between 130mm and 440mm in length which including the press mold, below 150mm in width, below 200mm in height and walled outsoles below 115mm in height, such as jogging shoes, walled sports shoes and casual shoes.
- CF-711B Special features:
a.Bottom with 16 pressing pads which controlled by cylinders, to form the outsole according to the shoe shape.
b.Each press pad aries different height to meet different shape of outsole.
