 This machine is full controlled by hydraulic system. It is suitable for outsole attaching of jogging, walled sports and casual shoes. The operation of outsole pressing, side pressing and front-rear pressing can be simultaneously or respectively accomplished. In addition to manpower saving and even pressing, this machine can produce great force and firm attaching and according is a perfect automatic sole attaching machine for upgradation of shoe manufacture.
- The oil-supplement loop is adopted for upgradation cylinder to save operation time and increase marginal utility.
- The hydraulic automatic balancing system is adopted for the mechanism of pressing rods. The heights of rods need no manual adjustment, which helps simplify operation.
- The design of automatic bias angles setting for the mechanism of pressing rods makes shoes locating easy, even for boots.
- When the mechanism of front-rear pressing recedes, a special circuit device is adopted to control the receding stroke, and the proper receding distance is accordingly for locating different size of shoes.
Automatic adjustable & Swinging attaching rods.
When the machine work, the height of the two attaching rods are controlled by hydraulic automatic balance system, so that it is not necessary to adjust the attaching rods when the height of last is different also it could ensure the pressure of the two attaching rods almost the same and the attaching power on every point of the sole is the same.
The attaching rods can be swung to the left side at the same time. It is convenient to put and take out of the last. The design is better than the old design of the machine with fixed attached rods. ( the pattern no: 77582 ) |
 Side attaching design
By all hydraulic control in two sides there are 8 pcs of pu foam attaching objects controlled by separate cylinders which ones pressure reach to 250-300 kgs. In the front & behind there are two each of the adjustable pins for options. Therefore, the above design makes the best performance of side attaching. ( the pattern no: 77582 ) |
