  1. This machine is used for the lasting operation of the upper’s forepart, and equipped with the applicator. The rod cement of polyester or polyamide is designed for using, which ensures higher flexibility.
  2. Fully hydraulic operated system.
  3. The PLC system is equipped with the monitor to indicate the graphical symbols.
  4. Error diagnostic readable on the monitor.
  5. 9 fine adjustable and quick-exchangeable pincers are mounted on a double tracking pincer plate (Patent No. 36247).
  6. The first pincer can be adjusted with the 15 degrees swing angle left or right, it is suitable for the pincer arrangement of the special toe shape shoes.
  7. The automatic turning inward of the last pincers left and right (Patent No. 86206459), increase the lasting perfection of inner part.
  8. Each set of pincers (left and right) can be setting with automatic pulling or manual operated, preventing the upper made of different materials is only pulled on one side.
  9. The upward stroke of the last support can be adjusted from the knob outside the machine.
  10. There are two step upward movement functions for the last support, preventing the slipped of the last when combined with the movement of the heel support.
  11. The width of the applicator can be quick adjusted to reach the perfect glue point of the insole according to the variable shoe size.
  12. The position of the applicator can be quick adjusted forward or backward up to 16mm from the knob front of the machine.
  13. The toe pusher mechanism is designed with adjustable two step pressure. During the movement of the initial pressure, there are two ways (pressure controlled or position controlled) can be set for the best operation.
  14. The forward movement of the wiper can be adjusted as no stepped variable speed controlled.
