  1. The extruding nozzles are fitted with self-balance devices to ensure the function of nozzle' matching with mould sprues, which will produce the best injection effect and prolong the life of nozzles and moulds.
  2. The withdrawal of material is controlled by the hydraulic plunger type mechanism, which is good for the cut at the right side of the injector.
  3. It is easy to set the stroke of screws for a convenient operation exchange for various styles of shoes production.
  4. The rotation of the table is smoothly driven by the index cylinder, which functions as a buffer and for slowdown, while the position of the table is steadily controlled by the hydraulic barking mechanism.
  5. The last holder is specially designed to facilitate and speed the changing of mould. It is applicable to various last moulds.
  6. The height of last mould seat can be adjusted by four stages, which is fit for the production of different boots.
  7. Each station can be individually operated for flexibly controlling the production.
  8. Each station is equipped with a circulative hot blast preheating case for softening uppers to facilitate lasting and increase the forming effect.
  9. The injection volume of each station of individually controlled by a rating control system so that the machine is also suitable for a simultaneous production of foaming and nonfoaming shoes.
  10. Both side ring and sole position holders are fitted with a circulative cooling system, which will produce a good forming effect and also shorten the forming time to increase the production capacity.
  11. The toggle joint mould clamping device can be precisely adjusted to clamp the mould extremely tight.
  12. Be independently set up from the main body of the machine, the hydraulic and controlling system s are easy to maintain and has less vibration and a longer life.
  13. The both sides of the injector seat are fitted with safety net, and an emergent braking switch is also equipped for safety.
  14. The whole operation of mould holder, including clamping / unclamping of the mould, up / down of the last are automatically controlled by the micro-controller which can set the order of operation and make the production flexible and high efficient according to different types of shoes.
  15. Two of the injectors are combined and use same hydraulic pump system to reduce the electricity consumption and according cut the production cost down.
STATION CONTROL SYSTEM
Each station can be independently operated, offering the maximum production flexibility. Safety is assured by safety devices built in station.
MOULDING SYSTEM
Adjustable toggle action mould clamping design closes mould extremely tight. Bottom mould can be adjusted and moved up or down to the optimum position. Specially designed last holder facilitates and speeds the changing of moulds.
UPPER PRE-HEATING DEVICE
Each station is fitted with upper pre-heating device that guarantees the beat pulling over effect.
INJECTION SYSTEM
Movable injection unit can be set at the deaired injection position. Extruding nozzles have self-balance device to accurately match with the mould sprue.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
Independently hydraulic control system is easy to maintain and can also minimizes vibration to prolong the life the machine.
AUTOMATIC LAST ROTATING DEVICE
This machine is available to be equipped with automatic last rotating device which automatizes the machine, saves manpower and increase safety.
AUTOMATIC SPRUE PULLING DEVICE
This machine is available to be equipped with automatic sprue pulling device which automatizes the machine, saves manpower and increase safety.
TOE CAP SYSTEM
The device of toe caps system is available upon request. It is suitable for canvas and casual shoes whose toe caps are injected and formed at the same time.
