Machinery Business Unit - Introduction
History:  
 
  • 1976：Founded by Mr. Horace Chang and his brothers. The Unit was formally registered as CHENFENG HYDRAULIC MACHINERY with capital in one million dollars. It’s located at ShenGon, Taichung and specialized in designing and manufacturing Hydraulic Shoe Machinery.
  • 1980：Factory was moved to the current place at No. 21-12, Longsing Ln., Sec. 2 Fongsing Rd., Tanzih, Taichung, Taiwan with a total land area in 17,123m2.
  • 1985：Successfully developing the first set of Dual Color / Dual Density PVC Sole Injection Molding Machine in Asia under the significant cooperation with Bata Ltd. from Canada.
  • 1986：Precision Technology Division was established for manufacturing precision parts and components for aerospace and general industries.
  • 1991：Company name was changed into CHENFENG MACHINERY & ENTERPRISE CO., LTD., and the Initial Public Offering (IPO) permitted.
  • 1993：Acquiring National Massive Rock Award from Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) for excellent business management.
  • 1994：Acquiring Certificate of Qualification from Douglas Aircraft Company and becoming an approved supplier to international aerospace industry.
  • 1995：Acquiring Certificate of Good Design from MOEA for shoe machinery product.
  • 1996：Acquiring ISO 9002 Quality System Certificate from SGS.
  • 1997：Acquiring Certificate of Excellence from MOEA for shoe machinery product.
  • 1999：Acquiring the very important Award for Industrial Technology from MOEA.
  • 1999：Once again, acquiring Certificate of Excellence from MOEA for shoe machinery product.
  • 1999：Acquiring Chinese National Laboratory Accreditation Certificate ROC for our Dimensional Calibration Laboratory.
  • 2000：Acquiring the significant Advancement Industrial Excellence Award from MOEA.
  • 2001：Acquiring CE mark for our shoe machinery product and enabling us to enter the European market.
  • 2003：Acquiring ISO 9001: 2000 Quality Management System Certificate from SGS.
  • 2005：Acquiring Certificate of Registration for ISO 9001:2000 & AS9100B from QMI.
  • 2006：Engaging in a merger with the over-the-counter company Chenfull and becoming Machinery Business Unit under Chenfull. The consolidation of both resources levered a maximized synergy and made us ever more focused in advancing shoe manufacturing and precision machining technologies.

Machinery Division is specialized in professional apparatus, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical circuit design. The expertise enables Chenfull to constantly develop new products and secures its leading position in Asia's shoe machinery industry. In 2006, Chenfull formed a joint venture in technology and marketing with German's most famous shoe machinery company – Schoen & Sandt, which has been considerably strengthening Machinery Division's research power and helping Chenfull's expansion in European market.
Precision Technology Division is professional for aerospace high speed CNC precision machining for all kinds of metals and other special manufacturing engineering such as welding, post treatment and subassembly. The division has accumulated 20 years of experiences in aerospace area, which has not only made it an approved supplier to international aerospace industry, but also made it leap into the domestic optical-electro and semiconductor equipment industry rapidly as a key supplier for critical parts and a solid cooperating partner.
