- The lateral latexes adopts a composite air bag design to solves the problem of damaging the upper by a single-type sole press.
- It is suitable for most types of shoes, free from using the sole module to press, saving production costs. (Special shoe types can be used with sole molds)
- The design of composite rubber block and air bag is better effect than solid rubber block.
- The side rubber block are configured at the ratio 3:4 , the pressure is more uniform, and fit to the last.
- It is suitable for shoe forming processing and bottom assembly processing and pressing.
- 200 sets of recipe can be stored in 10-inch HMI system, the recipes and condition of production can be set and secured by operators and supervisors.
- The air compressor system is equipped with air reservoir and booster cylinder.
