Features
- With two layers of side press blocks (lateral latexes) can increase attaching performance of high-wall side shoes. Each foaming pressing object is controlled by an individual cylinder which pressure reaches to 250~300kg.
- Besides hydraulic cylinder, also equipped with inflatable air pad to improve attaching result of different shoe bottom design. For some shoe patterns, achieving target of no shoe bottom mold required.
- 200 sets of recipe can be stored in HMI system, the recipes and condition of production can be set and secured by operators and supervisors.
- Authorization levels setting to prevent parameters being modified by un-authorized person. With 9 operation models of shoes attaching, could perfectly fits different shoe type, material and cement.
