Features
- Auto-cementing paths can be set flexibly and easily via touch screen or laser pointer.
- The movement of two cement nozzles is controlled by servo motor which make cementing path precisely. The reappearance of path will not be affected by hydraulic oil's temperature.
- User-friendly setting for cementing path, draw the insole pattern on touch screen to create cementing path which also with automatic size-grading function.
- Auto-cementing paths can be set flexibly and easily via touch screen or laser pointer.
- Pincers have both up-pulling and forward-pulling functions. The distance of up-pulling of inner and outer sides can be set differently, with automatic left/right shoe swapping function.
- Pincer, the angle of side-pressing seat and the position of heel band are controlled by electric mechanism. The front-rear position of pincer and the angel of side-pressing seat can be memorized with automatic size-grading and left/right swapping function to adjust the best pulling position.
- The position of the last are precisely controlled by definitive displacement mechanism with optical sensors to achieve the highest quality; no manual adjustment is needed for different shoe styles.
- Parameter of lasting are easily inputted through touch-panel in numeric forms; system has huge parameters memory space and is capable of exporting parameters to external storage device through USB port to meet nearly all kinds of shoe production need.
- The 10 inches color touch panel with 3D user-friendly pattern interface which is easy to learn and operate. It also provides multiple levels for security protection.
- The height of machine is adjustable; control panel and operation buttons are ergonomically designed.
- Its suitable for small-size shoes' side & heel lasting process, the minimum length of shoe last is 125mm.
- Has the 6th fingers mechanism to solve the wrinkle occurred in the area between side & hell part.
